El Camino de Santiago: day 4 Pamplona - Puente de la Reina 22,5 Km

Bellissimo più' vado avanti e più' questo cammino mi piace. l paesaggio di oggi era surreale con tutte le pale eoliche che si stagliavano di fronte e me, pale eoliche che poi ho raggiunto e superato. una tappa tra salite e discese scoscese in] mezzo alla natura dove puoi vedere non solo il tragitto già' compiuto, ma anche quello che verra'. La Navarra e' una terra di campi coltivati, purtroppo il grano e' già stato tagliato, ma lo spettacolo e' comunque incantevole. Ho camminato per 5 ore e mezza e gli ultimi 5 Km li ho fatti con due ragazzi spagnoli carinissimi con cui ho cercato di conversare per tutto il tragitto. Uno di loro , quando la stanchezza si e' fatta sentire di più' a cominciato a cantare canzoni popolari spagnole. Stasera ho cenato con il solito gruppo di italiani. Domani Giulio ci lascia…avendo meno tempo per fare il cammino deve accumulare due tappe insieme. Peccato. Oggi le gambe sono andate, i tendini hanno retto e così; il ginocchio…purtroppo ci si sono messe due unghie nere e 2 vescichette a farmi super male……vedremo domani. MI aspettano altri 21 Km. 

Siamo fortunati oggi e' la festa patronale del paese e c'e' la corrida e poi i balli in piazza…..bellissimo, si beve calimocho ( non sono sicura si scriva così' cmq e' Coca Cola e vino rosso -BUONO!- e alle 18 tutti in piazza  edere la corsa dei torelli e la corrida!

 E' difficile dire cosa penso mentre cammino….intanto ho sempre l'ipod nelle orecchie, ma ad un volume bassissimo così che io possa anche sentire i rumori della natura. POi mi godo il paesaggio. Nei posti piu'belli mi fermo, li contemplo, ne faccio foto e cerco di portarli con me. Mi piace questo viaggio, un po;' con me stessa, coi miei pensieri, ma mai veramente sola.

Amazing. The more I go ahead , the more I like it. It is an amazing experience. The landscape is always different and today was surreal with all the windmills in front of me it was just breathtaking. You could see them in the distance and then slowly becoming nearer and nearer till you would pass them walking downhill. You could see the road you already walked and the one that is going to come. Navarra is a land of fields and unluckily the grain fields are already cut, but that does not make the landscape less beautiful. I walked for 5 hours and an half and the last 5 Km I walked with 2 Spanish guys, very nice. ONe of them whaen we were starting to be super tired , he started to sing SPanish Popular song, very moving. TOnight I had dinner with the Italians and Giulio tomorrow will leave us coz he has not enough time and he needs to walk put together the distances of 2 different days.. Pity. Today my legs were ok, the tendons and knee were all right. Unluckily 2 black toe nails and 2 little blisters made my day a living Hell….we will see tomorrow….I need to walk 21 Km. 

It is difficult to say what I am thinking bat during the walk, I always have my Ipod on , but with very very low sound so that I can listen to the sound of nature as well. THen I watch the landscape. IN the most beautiful spots I stop, I watch, I take pics and I am trying to carry them with me. I love this journey, a little bit with myself , with my toughest, but never really alone.
